Award winning, freshly baked Truth Sourdough – enough tanginess to know its sourdough (but not too much), enough crust to know it’s artisanal and tasty (but not too tough)!

Truth Sourdough ‘matures’ beautifully as it cools and tastes even better the day after baking. To refresh your Truth Sourdough – spritz it with a little water, then heat for around 6min in an oven at 170 deg C.

You can also cut and freeze your Truth Sourdough – then grab a slice and pop it in the toaster 🙂

We follow the traditional methods of bread making and use the best available, local farmers and millers, favouring Bio-Wheat and Eureka, the ingredients are respected as much as possible from grain to counter. Our breads are ultra-slow fermented to optimise for taste, texture and nutrition.
